The working principle of laser PM2.5 detector


    Laser PM2.5 detector is used to detect the atmospheric particle whose size is less than 2.5 μm.The basic principle of it is that after the laser scattering through the particles ,it will transform the pulse signal outputted by the opticle sensor to digital signal.The parameters measuring ,the results showing,buttons,time,date and so on are controlled and implement by a built-in microcomputer(MCU).

    Light scattering can be induced when particles go through the detecting area. The scattered light is transformed into electrical signals and these signals will be amplified and processed. The number and diameter of particles can be obtained by analysis because the signal waveform has certain relations with the particles diameter.

    It can test on two size file(0.3,2.5) simultaeously .The instrument default is formmer,namely that it will show latter after 20s when the user mesure the ammount of the particles in the inlet. If the user takes the detector in the outlet and maintain 20s,it will get the efficiency according to the ammount of particles.

    You only need to measure the inlet and outlet of the purifier respectively to get the number of the particles before and after purification,and it will calculate the pecentage of its purification efficiency.Therefore,this instrument is very practicle to purifier to purify the effect analysis of detection.

    Air purifier purify efficiency detector mainly composed by the imported high sensitively,high resolution and high stability analysis of dust particle sensor and high precision sampling pump,and then sample the data through the sampling pump,analized by the sensor,at last reflect the analized data on the LCD screen.
